An in-person design consultation will be scheduled following the virtual call. Chloe will tour the space and capture your desired design aesthetic. A preliminary design proposal will be provided based off the scope of your project.

Upon approval of the initial design proposal, a detailed site survey and formal design contract will be provided to you. The design fees and estimated timeline will be outlined in the contract. Once signatures are received, design work will commence!

Chloe will work with you to determine your desired design aesthetic. Preliminary floor plans, layouts, and furniture selections will also be reviewed.

Chloe will oversee the demolition and installation phases of the project to ensure adherence to design intent and drawings.
